Alfred Von Kessler IV is a Senior Counsel at The Pride Law Firm. Alfred has been litigating complex cases involving serious injuries arising from sexual assault, sexual abuse, child abuse, elder abuse, and adult dependency abuse across the country for many years. He also has a long history of representing clients in catastrophic injury cases from trucking accidents, mass shootouts, product defects, residential facilities, schools, childcare facilities, residential care facilities for the elderly, hotel accidents, and construction accidents.
Alfred has handled cases that involve sexual assault trauma, quadriplegia, paraplegia, traumatic brain injury, spine injuries, amputee injuries, and wrongful death. He never backs away from a fight.
Alfred loves the courtroom. His core beliefs are founded on passion, dedication, and hard work. He has a passion for helping people who have been harmed by others. He fights for his clients so that they can get the justice they deserve by taking on large corporations and public entities.
Alfred worked for two judges in the United States District Court, Southern District of California. He also worked for a justice at the California Court of Appeal. Alfred earned a Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. He earned a Master of Business Administration – Finance from Loyola Marymount University and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. He earned a CALI award in his upper-division writing class (Foreign Direct Investment).
